How can anyone look at this and think dandelions are noxious weeds? I saw several people out spraying them today.I love them; I think they are pretty flowers. I will admit that I let my kids pick them to their hearts' content, which I don't allow with regular flowers. Maybe that is one of the reasons I like them.
Did you know you can make Dandylion Jelly? We have done it before. The kids loved the activity! It kinda tastes like honey...go figure.
